We back our construction with a six month warranty against structural defects. The six month period begins the day of delivery. You must notify us before the warranty expires. Please contact us and send pictures so that we can determine a solution. We will fix or replace your product if it experiences a structural failure. We determine whether it will be fixed or replaced. Replacement or fix will take our standard build wait time at the time it is reported.
We use natural wood products to build our tables, benches, side tables and buffets. All wood products are susceptible to natural expansion and contraction. It is rare, but can not be avoided. Rest assured, we provide a one time replacement or fix of any product we build.
Warranty does not cover scratches, dings, water marks, water damage, burns, cuts, drops.
Our products are made of natural wood. We stain, paint and seal them using a variety of non-toxic coatings. Avoid excessive amounts of water, humidity changes, and harsh chemicals. Clear coats need time to fully harden and cure. Be especially careful using cleanning products during the first month.
Care for your product based on the coating you chose during the build.
Use mild dish soap and damp clothes on all poly clear coated products. Do not use waxes and polishes on these surfaces. This option provides a thicker more durable coating against use.
Our natural oil blend clear coats should be cleaned with mild furntiure polishes. These top coatings bring out the natural beauty of the wood, but are more porous than poly clear coats. These surfaces are more susceptible to water damage. Spray furniture polish propellants can dry the surface oils.
